Summer skin needs protection, exfoliation, hydration and make up that feels light and looks sun kissed. I will be hosting weekend make up sessions in my home studio, now through August and I would love to reserve your spot for a girls night or day out. Come alone, with a friend, or bring a group! You will love the products and techniques that I demonstrate for quick skin care and make up that allow you to feel cool, comfortable, and look beautifully bronzed. Hope that you can join me for cool sips, light bites and planning your strategy for perfect summer skin!

EDITING YOUR MAKE UP WARDROBE
On the third Saturday in May, The Preakness Stakes is held at the Pimlico Race Course, in Baltimore, Maryland. I don't follow horse racing, but this race has become my reminder to do the spring edit, of my wardrobe, including my cosmetics.
As I write this post, I am thinking of two songs. One rather new, “Gravity” by John Mayer and the other, rather old, “As Time Goes By”, written in 1931, but known from the classic 1942 Ingrid Bergman/Humphrey Bogart film, “Casablanca”, which happens to be my favorite.
On Sunday, April 14, in preparation for my new life, I participated in my first Bridal Showcase.
“2013 Styled at the Grand – IMPRESSION”.
The event was held at the Grand Historic Venue of the Tremont Suites Hotel in Baltimore MD.
Months in advance, The Designer Showrooms were reserved, by Designer/Planners. A variety of rooms are available for events there, all with various and of course beautiful décor. There are 5 small rooms, 4 medium rooms and 2 large rooms, in which various numbers of vendors, who were brought in by invitation, rented their space to exhibit.
